We want you and your little ones to love every piece from Colored Organics, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we are here to make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
